Worship & Discipleship

Sons & Daughters Worship School is a 9 month, three-track process (with an optional fourth track) focused on the development of Christ-like character, worship leadership skills and the tools and rhythms of discipleship and mission. Tracks 1-3 begin with a weekend immersion experience that involves intensive teaching and training in a small group environment. Following each immersion weekend, the students are coached for three months through weekly in-person gatherings.  The optional track 4 runs parallel to tracks 1-3, meeting one Saturday a month.

Track 1 - Character

“The LORD does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.” (1 Samuel 16:7b)

We begin with character development, because healthy fruit can only develop from well tended roots. The call of every leader is to dig deep if we are to bear the weight of the fruit God wants to produce in us.

Weekend Immersion Dates:
September 11-13, 2026

Weekly Meeting: Week Night TBD - Home Cooked Meal & Fellowship from 6-7pm; Discussion Based Learning from 7:-8:30pm

Track 3 - Mission & Multiplication

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” (Matthew 28:19)

We conclude with mission and mission, because what God is doing in us was never meant to stop with us.  We are called to GO and MAKE disciples. We were made to produce abundant fruit all for God's glory.

Track 2 - Competency

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” (Colossians 3:23)

Only after addressing our character can we gain a fresh perspective on how to approach and develop our skill. A highly skilled leader can influence many people. A healthy root system will foster a positive influence.
